This is a pure information / knowledge aimed at dissemination, not analysis. Suffice to say that the participation in this seminar can be placed around the world better assimilation of the topics included in the revision of RT WHOIS database and develop a clear visinms on the draft Declaration for your comments. The Declaration has been up for comment for a while now, and as you can see, we've had, but one on the wiki and related in the list of WHOIS-GT, I replied the one in the list. We anticipate additional comments when the opportunity arises in the ALAC Discussions on Upgrading POLICIES of Consumer Reports. I apologize if I have missed the message in Whois group about the call, because I don't remember it either. Anyway, Pre-ICANN meeting weeks are crowded with messages and it is easy to get confused.

The original suggestion was to float a Doodle to determine the best time for such a call. However, given the time window and availability of staff presentation resources, this was short-circuited to date and time proposed.
The Agenda was only finalized less than 24 hours ago. I'm sure with this development, we are in a better position to message the community.
