Creo que es un tema importante, de la mano del tratamiento de los temas sustantivos en Icann para los cuales la comunidad debe aportar con criterios especializados.

Este llamado a trabajar en este espacio temas especializados y de importancia ha sido permanente desde varios actores.

Quizas es hora de pensar en un grupo de trabajo que sume experiencia y conocimiento para elaborar una lista de temas que debamos trabajar y empecemos a construir capacidades desde y para esos espacios.
