It has NEVER been said that it applies only to managers. That this has been done in the region does not mean that no other person can apply for it. The PC positions were chosen, initially of their own free will, that is, who raised their hands when it was said that there was a new pilot program. In the case of our region it was Dev and me. So I think the same principle should be used to choose someone else to help Harold with that task. I was really surprised not to see my name on the list of contact persons to manage CROP in the region, as I had been doing for a long time. However, no one asked me if I wanted or could continue.
