debemos preparar con cuidado extremo la Asamblea General en San José , Costa Rica.

En la última teleconferencia hubo menciones a un uso del tiempo para "conocernos mejor" que no ha sido aclarado. Les pido explicaciones completas para que este grupo pueda tomar decisiones. Si va a ser algo más que una conversación amiststosa, requiere una estructura en forma, un objetivo claro, etc.

Espero que antes del próximo martes 21 de febrero Uds. puedan exponer sus planes en forma completa, clara y transparente.
