¿cuál es su dominio del inglés en relación con las necesidades de LACRALO de tener una representación eficaz en ALAC? Esta pregunta - y de ser posible las anteriores - deberá ser contestada en inglés.

¿qué antecedentes de su actividad reciente en la comunidad de LACRALO lo preparan para representar eficazmente a esta comunidad y resolver los asuntos de "policy" que ésta formula?

¿qué compromisos de participación, comunicación, transparencia y rendición de cuentas ante la comunidad adquiere? ¿cómo pueden ser vigilados éstos, y reclamados en su caso?
