In a collaborative effort between the Commission for Collaboration in the Ecosystem and Internet Development in Educational Institutions Superior (CEDIIES), Internet Society Mexico Chapter and in alignment with the efforts of the ICANN community regarding Universal Acceptance (UA), an academic exercise focused on the field is being carried out of higher education, particularly in universities in America Latin America and the Caribbean. The objective of this exercise is to gather information that will allow identify the level of knowledge, existing capabilities and the main challenges related to UA, as a basis for the development of a regional diagnosis.
