mil gracias por este informe (y a Alberto y Sindy por iniciar el tema). ¿En Dominicana sin problemas? Por parte de nuestras organizaciones, además de participar en diversos esfuerzos de ayuda humanitaria genérica (alimentos, medicamentos, ropa, insumos para purificación de agua, materiales para la reparación y reconstrucción), ¿podemos apoyar a ISOC Haiti y otras organizaciones en la restauración de servicios y en la puesta en marcha de algunos servicios temporales de conectividad? ¿desde la RD están haciendo algo, en lo que les podamos apoyar quizás con dinero para adquirir y desplegar rápidamente equipos?

la comunicaciones inalámbricas sigue en pie en el sur de haiti. la gente esta conectada por whastsap, como siemrpe hay problema de luz, hay muchos sistemas de electricidad alternativos de emergencia así que me imagino podan mantener cargados celulares y siempre que llegue gasoil a la torres de cel, estarán las redes data celular encendidas.
ya se decarto el riesgo de tsunami si se va a necesitan mucha ayuda, medicinas y comida y refugios.
ojala la tormenta Grace no llegue al sur de haiti el lunes, y que tome ruta mas al norte
