(agenda point 11) Bruce Tonkin was elected vice-Chair. (agenda point 12) The ccNSO Review Implementation Plan was approved, with similar timelines and actions as in the ccNSO's own implementation plan of the plan. (agenda point 1.3) The ATRT Recommendations were approved. (agenda point 2) The FY12 Operating Plan & Budget was approved. (agenda point 6) The first meeting of 2012 will be held in San Jose, Costa Rica. (agenda point 1.11) The second meeting of 2012 will be held in Prague, Czech Republic. (agenda point 1.12)
