Is it? Which ALSes voted for Sebastien, which for Alan? How many votes were cast, how many abstained? What's the total number of ALSes? Was the vote quorate? That's the info we need to be able to say what is the will of the LACRALO ALSes. I'd prefer to get it from the Staff or the Secretariat for it to be official... Jacqueline A.
