I started because they saw a need, took responsibility, and implemented a high-level educational program that should trace the long run. Estimados,

Como ustedes saben, a partir de la reunión de ICANN en Costa Rica en la cual tuvimos varias sesiones de creación de capacidades para LACRALO, con Natalia Enciso hemos continuado con dichas sesiones en nuestras llamadas mensuales.

Este año hemos elaborado una encuesta a todo LACRALO para que toda la región identifique los temas sobre los cuales requería que se los capacite, y además con la posibilidad de que los miembros de nuestro RALO se ofrecieran para brindar algunas de estas charlas para todos. Como también saben han pasado por nuestras capacitaciones mensuales este año, Sergio Salinas Porto, Alejandro Pisanty, entre otros.

Con base a estos antecedentes y los resultados de dicha encuesta disponible, y luego de discutirlo con la Presidencia, Natalia y yo hemos decidido ceder el rol en la organización de nuestras capacitaciones mensuales a aquellos interesados en asumir esta actividad.

Consideramos que es una buena oportunidad para que aquellos miembros de LACRALO interesados en nuestras capacitaciones mensuales puedan asumir liderazgo específicamente en este tema.

Solicitamos que aquellos interesados en esta actividad, puedan manifestarse en nuestra lista y luego decidir entre todos (en el caso de haber muchas personas interesadas) quiénes coordinarían esta actividad para beneficio de todo nuestro RALO.
