Rodrigo, dado que has hecho una convocatoria con plazos perentorios, parecería adecuado que distribuyeras también con agilidad la presentación que hiciste en la teleconferencia, independientemente de que sea publicada en el wiki de LACRALO. Se necesita una lectura cuidadosa para entender y retener las funciones de los dos organismos que van a ser creados y cuya integración se convoca con un plazo exageradamente breve. Igualmente difícil es la condición de llevar a cabo un taller en la reunión de ICANN a la que por distancia, costo y visas habrá una asistencia relativamente baja de nuestra región, a no ser por las personas que ya ocupan cargos. Ojalá puedas tratar de que el horario de este taller sea compatible con la participación a distancia en los husos horarios de Latinoamérica y el Caribe.
