Estimados, en varios grupos de trabajo de distintos niveles, se está discutiendo sobre quienes componen la Sociedad Civil.

Me interesa la opinión de LACRALO, en particular comparando la actual estructura del ecosistema de ICANN.

Para ello sugiero que veamos dentro de ese ecosistema, o luego de la transición IANA completada, donde quedarán nuestros representados, los usuarios finales de Internet.

Tengamos en cuenta que esto es la proposición de una modificación a políticas existentes o a lanzar una nueva política.
