Como se informó previamente, LACRALO llegó a un acuerdo con LACNIC para firmar un Memorándum de Entendimiento (MOU). A nuestro juicio, este memorándum traerá múltiples beneficios a LACRALO. La firma de este documento se hará en la reunión de LACNIC 27 que tendrá lugar entre los días 22 al 26 de mayo del 2017 en *Foz do Iguazú*.

LACRALO aprobó una versión a comienzos del año 2016, la que fue enviada a LACNIC. El CEO de LACNIC, Oscar Robles, hizo unos pequeños cambios en el borrador del MOU acuerdo. Como la versión del 2016 es distinta a la versión acordada con LACNIC, nos gustaría iniciar una consulta de consenso para aprobar el MOU acordado con LACNIC este año 2017. Esta solicitud de consenso finalizará el 1 de mayo a las 23:00 UTC.
