For the above, I thank Sandra Rodríguez for my nomination, in addition to those who have expressed their interest and approval. Since 2019, when I had the fortune of being a scholarship recipient at the School of South Internet Governance Conference held in Mexico City, in which expanded my knowledge throughout the Internet ecosystem and vast universe of the ICANN community, I also met people involved in LACRALO, such as Sergio Salinas Porto, Humberto Carrasco who, thanks to their willingness and support since 2019 I began to participate in ICANN. Always with enthusiasm and resilience I began to participate in LACRALO and Working groups such as Governance and LACRALO Multiligualisim-IDN-UA in which I served as Co-Chair, in addition to being elected as a Fellow in three ICANN occasions 72, 74, 78. In 2023 I participated in the LACRALO Assembly in Cancún Mexico, representing my country Mexico. Perform, together with my fellow Internet users, on March 10, 2023 the first Universal Acceptance event in Mexico, which was celebrated in the State of Aguascalientes. In addition to having the great achievement that the ALS Internet User Mexico of which I am currently its President, it has been certified as an At-Large structure (ALS), this organization of internet users was founded by several colleagues who met at the School of Governance meeting of the South and then we linked up in LACRALO. I have a degree in Law and I currently work at the H. Congress of the State of Aguascalientes Mexico, as legal advisor, providing advice in the Legislative Commission of Science and Technology and in Crime issues Computer scientists, in the creation of Law Initiatives, I am also a Professor university teaching the subject of Computer Law.
