I think that under the objective of this group, be a good idea that each of these members make a commitment to contact with at least one delegate from one of the ALS that estsiendo active enough.In this way it may identify or reasons why the delegate (and it represents ALS) no estparticipando while normally cooperate with the and transmission of knowledge of such delegate capacitacin to achieve greater involvement and participation. I hope this suggestion may be considered by the group members and that may be for the benefit of all our RALO. Y a partir de allí comentemos respecto de la estructura (Módulos) del cual el curso debería constar. Así mismo creo que deberíamos estipular el tiempo que llevaría hacerlo. Contamos con la ventaja de que mucho material ya está en ambos idiomas, pero solo terminando esta estructura, vamos a poder identificar el que falta.

De mi parte he juntado el material que ha elaborado el personal de ICANN y estoy tratando de armar ya el ítem 5 de "recursos para la participación".

Siéntanse libres de opinar y proponer cambios. Despues de este email público seguiremos en una lista solo con los integrantes
