I must confess to being a bit confused. The document as I understand it, has been completed. Why not send it? Roberto, as Chair of the RALO it might be useful to provide some clarity as to why we have to wait until tomorrow to send the document. Lord forbid some external event occurs and the document does not sent thereby causing us embarrassment. Why take the chance? Just send it.
