[[-- Translated text (es -> en) --]] Dear LACRALO members: I am writing to you on behalf of the IDN- Multilingualism - UA working group, https://community.icann.org/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=102138238. It is with great satisfaction that we want to invite you and request us help in the dissemination of the first Universal Acceptance Course carried out in ALAC. This course is being organized by LACRALO, https://community.icann.org/display/LACRALO, in conjunction with, https://uasg.tech/; because we observe the need to train all the Latin American and Caribbean region so that all the names of domain and all e-mail addresses work on all software applications. This is a vitally important issue and programmers with this knowledge will be in high demand. Universal Acceptance, is the state in which all domain names and valid email addresses are accepted, validated, stored, processed and displayed correctly and consistently by all applications, devices and systems use the internet. This course is intended for the technical community (programmers, IT students, hosting, etc.) as knowledge is required programming prerequisites. However, we have already scheduled one more course short for end users in July 2021. The course will be conducted in Spanish with simultaneous translation into English and It will be certified by LACRALO / UASG. It has been a long process of work and organization, since July 2020; Y also a unique process in our region since it is the result set of 3 LACRALO working groups. We have joined forces and knowledge of the following groups: IDN - Multilingualism- UA LACRALO - Director Sylvia Herlein Leite Capacity Building - LACRALO - Director Adrián Carballo LACRALO Communication - Director Marcelo Rodriguez In addition, many actors from various regions with languages and very different time zones and of course the wonderful staff of ICANN always helping with logistics issues.
