I see that most of the topics covered in this document are Google items included in the Working Group to amend the Constitution and the Rules of Procedure of LACRALO. I do not understand why you, as Secretary, choose to send all these issues to the public list. Is this working group is working? Does not work anymore? Would not it have been proper consultation with the Group Working? What is the purpose of sending this information to the list public? We would greatly appreciate help me understand ....
