¿de veras? Hice una revisión de los documentos de FUNDETIC y creo que hay que hacer más preguntas. La apariencia es más bien la de una empresa social dedicada a la consultoría al gobierno. Digo esto sin restar valor a lo que hace ni negar la posibilidad de que efectivamente cumpla los requerimientos de una ALS, pero no antes de la "due diligence".
