On point 4, Survey to determine the actual amount of ALS that will be able send their representatives to C. Rica. If there is any possibility of our General Assembly this upcoming reunin, I suggest that aging immediately. But if ICANN can only give financial support to reunin November 2013 DOES NOT MAKE SENSE!
