Dear All, It is my pleasure to congratulate Dev and the Trinidad and Tobago Computer Society on reinstatement to the LACRALO Secretariat position. There was alot of discussion before and during this vote and in fact the vote was extended due to Antonio's withdrawal. So I am surprised that only 72% of the members participated. This is less than 3/4 of the membership. What was the problem with the other members? were they given the necessary voting credentials? Andres could you request these non-voting members to give the reason for their absence so as to ensure a greater voting turnout in the future?
