Disculpas a Dev por la contestación apresurada. No leí correctamente.
Es abierto a todos los miembros de LACRALO, es decir a todas las ALSs certificadas. Por lo tanto pueden intervenir todos los integrantes de cada ALS, es una elección de cada ALS.
El reglamento está en la misma trivia, luego de colocar el nombre y el país.
Dentro del poco tiempo que teníamos, se decidió hacerlo por Facebook, de allí se obtienen los datos sin necesidad de hacerlos escribir.

Aprovecho para hacer otra consulta: ¿Están publicados los reglamentos de esta trivia en alguna parte?
¿Por qué se decidió publicarla a través de Facebook y no a través de la Wiki, por ejemplo? ¿Hubo alguna razón para tomar esta decisión?
