From what I see, and as I said when I received this proposal, it was not feasible to implement it, since the new Rules of Procedures are not there. We have only managed to delay the votes (the only RALO that has pending voting) and complicate the decisions that require a deeper analysis. The rotation proposal was not analyzed by the governance WG, but only by a small pate of it. Someone says that the operating principles are valid, and another group says no. It is the first thing that must be resolved before making another decision. I filed a motion to send the query to ICANN's Legal Department, but it was not taken into account yet. regards
