[[-- Translated text (es -> en) --]] Regarding the link I sent (https://dco.org/governance/), here is something about it work done by the technical communities and ICANN to achieve this. I transcribe Chafic Chaya's email via wsis20 (wsis20@icann.org) <mailto:wsis20@icann.org> ). Kind regards Alberto “Dear colleagues: Thank you all for your contributions to this debate. It is evident from from our exchanges, we are witnessing a significant change in the Internet governance landscape, in particular with Saudi Arabia Saudi Arabia. I want to highlight that a key factor behind this change has been the sustained commitment and capacity building efforts led by the technical community, including RIPE NCC, ICANN and ISOC. In recent years, when topics such as "Internet governance" or "multipartyism" Often overlooked, RIPE NCC has been working closely with Saudi Arabia and has seen tangible progress through initiatives of collaboration. These include the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Saudi regulator, which has paved the way for more open dialogue and productive; the organization of a RIPE NCC government roundtable which encourages direct engagement between Arab governments and the technical community; playing an integral role in the Working Group Saudi Arabia's national IPv6 platform, which has helped position Saudi Arabia Saudi Arabia as the fifth country worldwide in IPv6 adoption; organizing MENOG in Riyadh, a vital platform for regional dialogue and knowledge exchange that further consolidates the participation of multiple stakeholders in the Middle East, Africa and North and the Gulf. In addition, we co-organized the first joint session between the Saudi government and the technical community (RIPE NCC) at IGF2024 in Riyadh, setting a new standard for inclusive dialogue. In addition, a coordination meeting has been agreed between the Saudi regulator and the technical community ahead of WSIS+20. This meeting will provide an opportunity excellent opportunity to share the position of the technical community and support Saudi efforts for greater multi-stakeholder engagement stakeholders. I think the lessons learned from our work with Saudi Arabia and with other Arab countries, such as the United Arab Emirates, can serve as model for engaging stakeholders in other regions.
