Dear All, In the ALAC vote to Appoint At-Large Delegates to the 2013 NomCom, the results for the Delegate from the Latin American and Caribbean Islands Region are: For the first preference candidate: 6 votes cast for Jacqueline Morris Were 6 votes cast for Vanda Were Scartezini There was one abstention. For the second preference candidate: 1 vote was cast for Jacqueline Morris 3 votes cast for Vanda Were Scartezini As Such, for the first preference candidate, an exact tie occurred and no immediate preferential candidate was selected.
