me parece que no debemos inventar necesidades sino primero que nada atender las que tenemos identificadas.
Reiteradamente se ha observado en nuestra comunidad la necesidad de profundizar y extender los conocimientos de los líderes y representantes de las organizaciones miembros de LACRALO, y de sus miembros, sobre los temas técnicos fundamentales que subyacen la actividad de ICANN, y sobre los temas que se vuelven de actualidad.
Me atreveré a pedir por tanto a nuestros líderes electos y representantes que armen el marco de una actividad de formación, capacitación y actualización, que posiblemente se llevara a cabo dentro de las fechas y en el lugar de una reunión de ICANN, LACNIC, o similar. Que este armado incluya estructura, tiempos, y presupuesto.
Me ofrezco como un voluntario más a discutir el programa, contenido y ponentes que podrían formar parte de esa actividad.

It would also be useful to show that the requested activity advances ICANN policy development process. * Start Date - When the project activity will start. * Duration - How long the project activity will take place.
Additionally, the template also requires a breakdown/analysis on what resources (staff support, technical support, language services, telecom support, ICANN meetings) are needed to accomplish the project activity. ICANN Finance Staff will do a budget estimate for each of the resources needed to accomplish the project activity.
The ALAC will review all RALO FY12 budget requests during their meeting on 25 January at 14:00 UTC. The ALAC will submit their budget requests on 31 January 2011.
Following review by ICANN staff, all FY12 budget requests to be included in ICANN's operational plan and budget framework will be posted for public comment.
