Dear All, At the ICANN meeting in Costa Rica, LACRALO members agreed by consensus to create four LACRALO Working Groups to examine key issues of concern to LACRALO. Given the steady progress of the LACRALO Working Groups which will deliver outcomes that will be agreed by consensus by us in LACRALO and given that the process of establishing common bylaws for all RALOs will be starting soon, I formally withdraw my motions I had proposed for the General Assembly.
