De manera especial quisiera solicitar a ustedes una explicación detallada sobre el mecanismo de aceptación/no aceptación de una ALS en Lacralo.

Cuales son los elementos sustantivos que se consideran esenciales en este proceso:

Se tienen en cuenta solamente las opiniones a favor y en contra, expresadas por los representantes de las ALS activas?

Todo esto lo solicito con el fin de comprender, en que circunstancias se tomará la decisión de acreditar o admitir a ISOC Venezuela, la cual debe ser lo más transparente posible para todos.

Sobre la diversidad de opiniones, no se ve con claridad un consenso y es mejor solicitar a tiempo una explicación apropiada.
