But I think is not the Most Important, Important is so like Have a crew of lawyers in the region who can solve the differents Interpretations presented.
For That reason I claim an urgent call to the GA members create a body of interpretation of Framework WG to start the analysis of our Operating Principles to Avoid new Differences of interpretation.
On the other side I strongly disagree (respectfully) with you in "I put the question to the Legal Staff and When They can only gain a response from Them I can analyze and review," Because if we are Trying to solve a situation of Independence or not, you can not ask advice to people out of the region.
