Por lo que he podido observar, TEDIC tiene en su haber la posibilidad de trabajar con los usuarios finales de Internet, que es nuestro público objetivo. Sin embargo, habría que preguntarse qué tan comprometidos están con su incorporación a LACRALO dado que como reporta José, no han podido asistir las veces que se han citado, y tampoco (tal vez por desconocimiento) han podido dar respuesta a lo que Alberto preguntó a través de la Wiki.

No se puede negar que el consenso general es que TEDIC sea aceptado como ALS, por lo que se ha podido observar, así que no creo que sea necesario decir lo que ya se ha dicho. Entiéndase por favor mi concepto positivo en este aspecto.

Y como bien dijo Fatima, para tomar decisiones en consenso no es necesario tener que votar siempre. Pero, hasta eso ya estuvo claro. Así que, sin más, es seguro que tenemos consenso y quien bloquee la decisión que por favor se haga escuchar.

Estimados,

En virtud de que el día 5 de mayo hay que informar si la región realiza o no un consejo regional para la asociación “TEDIC- Tecnología, Educación, Desarrollo, Investigación y Comunicación Paraguay “, es que me pongo en contacto con ustedes para comentarles los siguientes hechos

1) TEDIC- presento pedido formal de ingreso

2) Se invito a la representante de TEDIC a dos teleconferencias mensuales para conversar con la región y no concurrió a ninguna, por diversos motivos.

3) Se abrió el espacio wiki para feedback y solo una persona de la región interactuó https://community.icann.org/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=40929650

4) En la primera llamada mensual que se trato el tema Natalia Enciso se manifestó que conocía a la representante y dio su punto de vista favorable.

Ante estos hechos me queda solo decirles que considero que la región no ha indagado en cuestión de averiguar si la asociación acredita o no, (cuestión que compete también a ALAC), por lo que creo que LACRALO no está en condiciones de poder brindar un consejo al ALAC.

Por lo que si en el plazo de 4 días, la región no se manifiesta a favor de discutir y averiguar sobre la asociación TEDIC, procederé a informar a ALAC lo manifestado en el presente email, pero sin poder dar un consejo positivo o negativo, solo información objetiva que se recolecto de las llamadas y de la wiki.
