My name is Wilmer Azurza (Peru), I am a graduate of SSIG2016 and I am part of Wathsapp groups that formed after the course, as pointed out Dr. Pisanty these groups are informal but we share a great enthusiasm to contribute to the development and promotion of Governance Internet in our countries. In this regard, the question arises as we can contribute and nurture regional and global experiences.
