Dear Colleagues: It is reported that the government of Honduras has moved to take over the operations of RDS, the ICANN-recognized registrar of the .hn domain. LACTLD  http://www.lactld.org  has released a statement condemning this action and has asked for support.  As the former Registrar of the .jm domain, I protest this action. And as a member of this community, I urge all of you to raise your voice against this arbitrary seizure and request that ICANN respond appropriately to this action. Carlton Samuels
