ICANN's draft 2011 Operating Plan and Budget sets forth the proposed focus of efforts and organizational commitments of ICANN from 1 July 2010 through 30 June 2011. This draft operating plan and budget was developed based on community feedback after the annual update to ICANN’s 2010 to 2013 Strategic Plan.
