GOV of Jamaica launched Support Jamaica (https://supportjamaica.gov.jm) — a
dedicated online platform developed by the Government of Jamaica to mobilise
support, channel relief and coordinate recovery efforts in the wake of times of
crisis and disaster.

This website (https://supportjamaica.gov.jm)  brings together key functionalities:

- ⁠ a straightforward “Donate Now” option so that citizens, diaspora partners,
private sector and other organisations can contribute to rebuilding lives and
restoring hope.
- ⁠gives you the ability to make updates on hazards and emergencies, reporting
tools for incidents such as flooding or storm damage to boost our damage
assessment capabilities
- ⁠an interactive shelter-locator for those in need

The Support Jamaica platform is a transparent, efficient and effective way to
track and receive resources in our time of need.

For all those interested in donating, we urge all persons to only use the site
that ends in the domain gov.jm and avoid any scams. The site has been thoroughly
security tested and we have done our part to ensure you are protected.
