Cuando usted dice "abierto a todos los miembros de la comunidad LACRALO",
eso significa
1) abierta a todas las personas dentro de las ALS que forman parte de LACRALO?
2) abierta sólo a los dos representantes de cada uno ALS que son miembros de
LACRALO?
