While LACRALO does not formally elect a representative to the NomCom, LACRALO has to submit to ALAC a list of all accepted regional nominations for the NomCom position and may also make a recommendation of a preferred candidate to the ALAC. The ALAC then votes on all nominations received. However, previous recommendations of a preffered candidate from LACRALO was done by a vote by LACRALO which will be announced as soon as it can be ready.
