Maritza is an outstanding professional and a very influential academic in her field. country. She is a lawyer by profession, university professor and lecturer, from what I know of his professional career and I have shared spaces in the world of Internet Governance at a regional and global level.

By way of professional experience, Maritza has two Master's degrees and has been a fellow of several international organizations, such as the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), Korean Intellectual Property Agency International Cooperation (KOICA), Japan Cooperation Agency International (JICA), University of California, Davis, among others important institutions.
