LACRALO DECERTIFICATION PROCESS/ Proceso de Descertificación LACRALO ALSes
Dear ALAC Members: In my capacity as LACRALO Secretary I request you the decertification of the following ALSes: 1) Asociación Costarricense de Derecho Informático N 12 ALS - https://community.icann.org/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=11502299 2) National Consumers' League N 92 ALS - https://community.icann.org/display/LACRALO/National+Consumers%27+League As part of the organization of ICANN 48 in Buenos Aires , we have upgraded all our ALSes data and the result of this work you can see it: https://community.icann.org/display/LACRALO/LACRALO+ALSes y https://community.icann.org/display/LACRALO/LACRALO+Contact+Information+Work space In the case of 1) Costa Rican Association of Law, not participating since 2009 and they have not even done part of ATLAS I. His representative, Dr. Christian Hess Araya, told me about of the disintegration of their organization. For 2) National ConsumersLeague I have made several unsuccessful attempts to communicate with his representative Mr. Steve Malcolm. The request of decertification is a matter of transparency and true representation of the Latin America and Caribbean region. I await instructions on how to proceed and I am at your disposal for any clarification .
