Therefore, from this moment begins the procedure to seek consensus to choose one of the two candidates for the board: Leon Sanchez or Alan Greenberg.

Estimado Hamzah, El proceso para obtener una decisión se dividió en dos etapas: A.- una para buscar consenso (donde no se requiere votación formal). La forma de analizar el consenso no es pedir el 100% de apoyo, sino que un número razonable de acuerdo a nuestro numero de ALSes. El número total de opiniones se enviará entre hoy y mañana para que haya completa claridad sobre la decisión tomada. Además, solo hubo opiniones en favor de León Sánchez y ninguna opinión a favor de Alan Greenberg. El plazo para emitir opiniones expiró ayer. Efectivamente, los plazos son breves, pero es una situación que afecta a todo el proceso. B.- Si hubiera existido una o más opiniones en favor de Alan Greenberg, se habría abierto un periodo de votación, de acuerdo a lo explicado en email enviado el 15 de febrero del 2017.
