The Committee will begin working almost immediately, and the work should be complete by about April 2017. Experience on previous BMSPCs is useful but not essential. Being logical and process-orients will be an asset.

Selections may be made by whatever process RALO leadership decides is appropriate given the tight time-lines involved. Selections must be made by the RALOs by 30 August.

Although optimally, a person should serve on just one of these committees, but the rules do not require that, so a single person could be named to both committees, or as the Alternate for both (presuming they meet the qualifications).
