Dear Colleagues:
As per our deliberations, we decided to suspend the WG's operations due to tremendous inefficiency in how the groups are operating. Some groups have never convened, and the others have done limited work considering the period of time they have existed.
After a series of conversations with colleagues in the ICANN eocosystem, The most popular suggestion was creating one working group to coordinate activities by the RALO or the Board. If necessary sub groups can be created to address specific areas of interest. You can deactivate these subgroups when their tasks are complete. This should create a less unwieldy process and address the concerns raised about the number and effectiveness of the groups being created.
