Before anything else, I would like to kindly suggest that all official communication related to tasks, action requests, and follow-ups be channeled through email, as it allows us to keep better traceability, records, and structure in the work we do. It is difficult for me to manage formal coordination through informal channels, since if messages are deleted or lost, it becomes harder to keep track of the actions.

If you agree, we could use WhatsApp or social media only for urgent notices or reminders, while keeping the detailed work through email so that we can all operate with greater clarity.

I have updated the document and added the section assigned to me in the LACRALO Board Task List. I also included the link to the FY26 Activities Work Plan, where the actions, responsibilities, and suggested timeline for implementation are detailed according to the roles and responsibilities outlined in the LACRALO Rules of Procedure / Operating Principles.

The actions requiring implementation are already listed there, together with the corresponding leads, so it would be very helpful if these could be reviewed and shared with the responsible persons so that the planning and coordination can begin.
