The LACRALO nominees for the ALAC member position are Harold Arcos and Humberto Carrasco, both of whom have accepted their nominations.

According to the election calendar, the next step is the “Call with Candidates,” scheduled to take place during the week of 4–7 May.

• There is currently a placeholder for a LACRALO Board call on Monday, May 4 at 23 UTC. Please confirm whether you would like to proceed with this call so that interpretation services can be arranged ASAP.
• For the “Call with Candidates,” the proposed options are:

• Tuesday, May 5
• Wednesday, May 6
• Thursday, May 7

The suggested time is 23:00 UTC (the usual LACRALO monthly call time), or alternatively 22:00 UTC, subject to candidate availability.
