The Board discussed the re-format of the LACRALO monthly call to give more time with interactions with LACRALO members. Some ideas shared included, a section to “spotlight ALS” where they could share local activities. The baseline format includes a shorter section for OFB, CPWG and ALAC updates. ALAC members can share a full update via email a few days before the call. @Silvia Vivanco will create a google doc with the basis of the LACRALO O/E plan FY26 which can be updated for FY27.
