Cancun dates are approaching fast and I have no response from FCM about my domestic connections.
Question1 : Would ICANN reimburse me if I buy my domestic connections NOB-SJO-NOB myself? Total cost is about US 190.00
Question 2: Where can I check that ICANN has the correct domestic (US) wire transfer coordinates we used to have before the age of COVID?

Yes the sole commercial airline is SANSA (Flysansa.com [flysansa.com [flysansa.com]]) . The Concur site shows the airport, but not the connections. SANSA is then local subsidiary of Avianca in the country. The first flight on Saturday March 11th, in morning leaves at 7am fro NOB to SJO and should be fine to connect to Cancun. The issue is that locals & residents get a reduced fare if we book by phone and give our local ID. In My case my id is 1-0504-0955, Carlos Raul Gutierrez Gutierrez. If concur can't book it I can do it if ICANN accepts the booking for reimbursement

* I booked my flight with Avianca Airlines (AV), return on the 16 March because is the only airlines that the concur app allows with direct flights on Tu, TH and SAT. Other options will require flights of up to 15 hours with overnights either in Panama or Bogota. I trust an extra night in cancun is cheaper than the alternatives
* The concur app didi not allow me to book the local flight from my place of residence (NOB) to the international Airpot (SJO), even though the local flights are served by the local Subsidiary of Avianca Airlines (AV). Please help me book the local NOB-SJO legs accordingly
