You summed up my experience well, so I will only add a few more details:

- I was born and raised in Peru so Spanish is my first language. Moved to the United States in 2009. I’m based in Reston, Virginia.

- Currently I’m participating in the Transliteration and Translation of Registration Contact Data IRT and the IDN Implementation Guidelines wg.
