Hi Mats,

I have made a small tweak to the wording of Inclusion Principle #1: from "may be exceptionally included in a case where..." to "may be included in special cases where..."  (Phrasing that as "in exceptional cases" would also work, if you prefer.)

I deleted Inclusion Principle #8, since it was blank.

I rephrased Exclusion Principle #4, so that it is phrased the same way as the other Exclusion Principles.

Otherwise, yes we are good to go.  Sorry for not getting back to you sooner.
