Dear Colleagues,

I had some minor formatting suggestions. But the only item of substance I found was that in Section 3.1 was say that Appendix B provides a table with 455 considered languages. In fact, it contains only the 210 languages from which we took the repertoire. I'm guessing we want to keep the Appendix as is, and revise the text. Rather than expanding the table enormously.
