The schedule is now updated based on our meeting today. Our earliest date to send IP the proposal is on 8/26 which puts a potential face to face meeting on the week of 10/28. Looking at ICANN’s schedule this is on the onset of ICANN 66, so that might be a problem.

Personally, my November schedule is busy, so I can’t commit to any travel during that month.
