Please forward this version of Latin GP Report to IP  as discussed with IP members during ICANN66  Montreal meeting.

In this working document Latin GP addressed  some TBD issues mentioned by IP.

Some TBD issues could not be addressed in this version, because some  more discussion in the Latin GP is necessary.

All TBD form IP have been written in red ink.

All addressed TBD are marked green.

I am sending two versions of the working document.

• Version 2019-12-04 is with track changes
• Version 2019-12-05 is with all changes accepted and some additional TBD resolved. More formatting of the document is done. Some problems with references are solved.
